Yes clomi is clomid (real name Clomiphene Citrate)

1 bottle of each will be plenty

A standard pct is:
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50

Instead of Clomid, I prefer Torem
It does the same job but with less side effects.. it:s superior in my opinion

Torem would be dosed
120/60/60/60

I use dex at .2 eod.. .25 eod is standard for most people.. some say to use .5eod, but it's too much imo

Test E = 2 weeks
Test C &Sustanon = 18 days

I'd run the dex during those weeks in between, but taper down doses during this time.. as long as your exogenous test levels are high, you'll wanna use it.. During the 2 weeks your test levels will drop, so taper down the dex dosage as well

tapering the dex dosage also helps prevent thr estrogen rebound

so just stay on dex till about 2-3 days before pct start time, and at that point cut the dex dosage in half for those 3 days?

when i start pct get off the dex

or taper the dex while on tail-end of pct

I'd slowly lower it throughout the weeks between your last pin n starting pct

a sudden stop may cause an estrogen rebound

ya don't use dex during pct.. you will not have high test levels at this time, so you won't need to block the estrogen conversion

I'd do something like the first week remain around your normal dose n the 2nd week start to lower it.. maybe .25eod to .2eod to .15eod etc

AI dosages vary alot between individuals.. so if you start to get itchy/sore/tender nips, up the doseage
If you start to get joint pain, feel tired all the time.. you estro is too low.. lower the dose

right now im on my 4th week of test blend and i have no neg sides i feel awesome and im getting incredible gains imo but i still want to do it the right way by getting an AI which is in the mail be here monday along with pct
i have a vile of 400mg blend ( i kno blends arent the best) its cys,eth,prop and i have vile of 250cys

ive been doing a cc of 400 at begging of the week and cc of 250 about 5-6 days after ( 650mg 1aw)

ehh a test blend isn't bad for your first time.. many ppl use Sustanon which is a 4 test blend

you just don't wanna do a blend with 2 different kinds of hormones.. as long as their all test, your good

your injection schedule is a little off..
pinning like that will make your hormone levels like a rollercoaster

ideally you'd wanna do 1/2 a cc of each twice a week

shooting 2x a week with longer esters stabilizes blood levels more.. so less chance of sides

Personally I'd mix half a cc of each in a pin n shoot twice a week.. this would be more ideal, but kind of a pain in the ass..

you'd be better off pinning every 3.5 days or so..

the prop in your blend is a short ester n has a half-life of 3 days.. so by shooting every 5, the prop ester isn't building steadily,but rather peaking n depleting

also, since your using cyp, start pct 18 days after last shot..

If you're lovin the gains now, just wait a week or 2 n you'll really be liking it

long esters like E n C usually take 4-5 weeks to fully kick in

If you just pinned yesterday, I'd start the 1/2cc of each in 2.5 days.. then continue to pin every 3.5 days until your done

because you'll be pinning a little sooner this time, your total test intake will be a little higher for the week, but I'd rather go a little high than a little low n doing this will get you on a regular injection schedule

i heard u can run test alone for as long as like 18 weeks ( not that i plan to just curious)

Some people run it for longer but it's not advised.. The longer you run it, the harder it will be to recover

Also.. a little tip that'll save u a ton.. after you load up your pin, point the needle to the sky n draw in a little air, .2ml or so.. then when you go to pin it the air will be a little cushion n help push all of the oil out.
