Letrozole the “STRONG MAN” of all Aromatase Inhibitors!

    So what is Letrozole (Letro)?

Letro is a third-generation aromatase inhibitor (AI) and to understand Letro you have to know what an AI is. AI’s are a class of drugs that inhibit the action of the aromatase enzyme which synthesizes hormones into estrogen.

Let me explain to you what research studies have shown us about Letro and its many great qualities in the research field. First off Letro is an AI that has been shown to be one of the most effective compared to other AI's (mg to mg) at supressing estrogen levels. Letro does this by inhibition of the aromatase enzyme responsible for the conversion of hormones to estrogen.

This would make Letro of much interest to any researchers doing any sort of study related to hormones and this is a very big field of possible research and application, because estrogen plays many roles in the body of almost all animals.

It has been found that high estrogen levels can lead to edema (bloat), Gynecomastia (Gyno), high blood pressure, increased and female like fat deposit accumulation in the body and that's just to name a few. Although this research on Letro is very promising it doesn’t stop there, it has be researched for use in cancer treatment as well!

Letro has shown to be very effective at lowering estrogen levels in a dose responsive manner and it has been shown to be well tolerated by test subjects.

If you are interested in Letro and its effects in fertility then let it be known that for both male and female test subjects, Letro has been shown to have positive effects on fertility! It has shown effective for ovarian stimulation in women and for men; rises in total testosterone , luteinising hormone, follicle stimulating hormone have been seen.

A main positive found in research done on male test subjects it that it Letro may be an effective tool for the prevention and treatment of Gyno in hormonally dysfunctional males. Gyno is the development of female like fat deposits in the breast, along with breast gland formation and development. Although Gyno is not necessarily a life threatening condition, it may negatively affect the response of test subjects with Gyno and to their natural habitat and sense of wellbeing. The response from other animals in their habitat may also be negatively impacted leading to possible reproductive difficulties due to finding a willing mate. The psychological effects of Gyno have been found to negatively impact test subjects to varying degrees of mild to very extreme physiological dysfunction, related to the gyno.

Here is where Letro really shines because it is so effective at lowering estrogen that at the onset of gyno, Letro can stop and reveres it within weeks!'

No need for months of research if the onset of gyno development in test subjects is intervened with the use of Letro, its effects are effective and fairly fast acting.

The thing that makes Letro stand out from the rest of the AIs is that is does its job very well at a low mg vs. mg dose compared to other AI's along with being shown to be well tolerated by most test subjects, It’s a win win!

Some may even say it works too well, but I say it is perfect for research if you dose it right for the results you are looking for in your research.

If you’re a researcher and interested in Letro, then I hope this bit of information has helped your understanding of it and how it can positively affect your further research.

My rats will be starting letro treatment shortly. I'll post back here after a couple of weeks to confirm it's effectiveness if I am pleased with the results.

    Love letro myself
trick is to dose it low. only 0.25-0.6mg eod-e3d (ill do 1.2mg 2X a week also) works GREAT!

It used to be a pain in the butt before splitting a small 2.5mg tab into 4-8 parts (not really possible) so I like the liquid more now.

Thanks guys! Just thought I would give up some props/ a bump here :-)

Letro seemed pretty powerful to me relative to liquidex...so dose carefully so as to not drive your e2 levels too low. Too much can be a bad thing too.
