T3 - The Fat Destroying Hormone!
T3, or Lithothyronine Sodium, is a synthetic version of the thyroid hormone Triiodothyronine. While there are several functions within the body this hormone impacts its effects are primarily observed in the regulation of research subject’s metabolism.
This effect makes it obvious why, based on the nature of our research, T3 would be of such interest to us. The increase in metabolism T3 causes results in acceleration in the loss of body fat in research subjects. That being said T3 causes some other effects that increase its effectiveness in the loss of body fat as well.
T3 causes an increase in Growth Hormone in research subjects. The effects of Growth Hormone on lipolysis are well documented.
It also lowers levels of the hormone insulin . Insulin is a hormone that encourages the storage of fat. It increases fatty acid introduction into fat cells themselves. Elevated levels of insulin lead to insulin resistance which is associated with obesity as well as metabolic syndrome.
In addition T3 up regulates B2 receptors in fat cells. This is of importance as adrenergic hormones such as Adrenaline and Nor Adrenaline activate B2 receptor which induces the release of an enzyme that causes fat to be moved from fat cells and used for fuel. More B2 receptors=More bodyfat lost in research subjects.
This leads into a very interesting combination for fat loss. There are two other research chemicals that actually work to activate the beta 2 receptors inducing pronounced fat loss. These chemicals are Clenbuterol and Albuterol. The combination of an increased number of B2 receptors from T3 administration to research subjects, combined with the increase B2 receptor simulation caused by the administration of Clen or Albut, offers a synergistic effect where the end result far exceeds the individual effects of the compounds. Also as T3 at higher doses can be considered catabolic, the anti-catabolic effects of B2 agonists such as Clen or Albut will work to offset this catabolism.
There is one other area that should be address or perhaps more aptly dispelled when it comes to the effects of T3 in our research and on our research subject. There seems to be an unfounded line of thinking by some that use of T3 could impair your thyroid function. The reality of the situation is that it has been well documented that this is not the case. In fact there is a study that shows that after years of administration of superphysiological doses of t3 research subjects recovered full thyroid function within months.
Whether used alone or in combination T3 offers us a powerful research tool in the area of fat loss for our research subjects. It has been a staple research chemical for fat loss for years with good reason!

I just purchased this from ar and im wondering the dosage? is there a need to start low work up? im firmiliar with the pills, but liquid is quite a bit harder to find the proper dosing on.
Ive researched the pills alot but cannot find them anywhere, so how much a day would i take, i ordered the exact t3 you wrote about. same 30/200 with pills u work your way u and then back down, but with liquid it's so much more confusing, help!

with liquid, I was told my dosage would be .1 because it's 30/200 mcg i believe. And I'm wondering if .1 is the equivalant to like 25 mcg or how it works.

whats the truth about t3? i been thinking about ordering and trying the liquid one but i just took a cycle of the pills and ended about 1month ago. i was told and cant find much to read about it that you have to work up and then back down to get your levels right and if you dont you can get obese from it with out trying or just be messed up? is it safe to keep taking t3 on and off cycles or will it catch up with me down the road and hurt me making me fat again? whats the truth on the doses and how many times you can take it safe and be on and off it? thanks

If you have never taken t3 tapering u may not be a bad idea to see how you respond. Tapering down provides little benefit other than pehaps a drop from sy 100mcg...to 50 for a wekk or so then stop. This is merely to avoid a "crash" It doesnt assit in thyroid recovery - that is a myth.
Also I wouldnt take t3 off cycle personally. It deplete atp stores so rapidly the bod resorts not only to fat stores but muscle as well to replenish atp.
At a lower dose with clen or albut maybe but I really prefer to be on some form of true anabolic .

so to make it simple to understand....you can cycle t3 as much as you want with out damaging your thyroid to the point when you are off it that it slows it down or shuts it off? so if i took it a month ago and did pills in a pyramid if i was thinking of the ar-r liquid next...when should i start and how long, how much and is it healthy and work like the pills?

There is a study of patients that were on t3 for years (greer IIRC) when they stopped there thyroid function quickly returned with no adverse effcts. Does that mean you should use it all the time - no its an aid like everything else.
Arr liquid is the same as pills - yes.
When should u start - I have no idea. How long- 8 weeks should suffice.
How much - dunno, how much did you use before? I personally use 100mcg/day when i run it.

went up to 100 slow then back down slow. worked a little but not like i thought thats why i was thinking of trying ar-r product which i never used before. would i be better off trying the clen for a few weeks on and off and back on? clen only works for about 10days right then your body gets use to it i read and you have to stop and start again?

You are correct about clen . After about 2 weeks you need to take a break OR you can get ketotifen (arr has this) and take 1mg every night before bed and run it continuously for 6 maybe 8 weeks tops. I cant tell you what to do man. You should read up on clen and t3 and make your own decision.
Here my deal.
I like albuterol at a total of 12-18mg /day in 2 doses am and afternoon.
t3-100mcg/day
ketotifen- 1mg/day right before bed.

I cant give a definitive answer on this. It is and always has been dependent on my diet / cardio and workouts. Thats the thing - these are an aid...the bottom line is the other things need to be in order. The more in order they are - the better the results. Also what results i get and what you would get are going to be different. They will be for anyone.
I will say this- the fat loss is definitely amplified dramatically.

What is the liquid supposed to look like in the bottle? I had grabbed a bottle about a year and a half ago and there were like little amoeba looking chunks floating around in it. Is that normal?
The reason I ask is because was looking to grab another bottle. I probably should have asked last year before I tossed the other one.

I am currently taking 75mcg a day but do not feel anything. Can someone let me know what I should be feeling or when I should stop increasing the dose? I was thinking about increasing my dose to 100-125mcg. My diet is really clean, 1,500 calories a day (paleo). I actually want to lose a bit of muscle (5-10lbs) as well, as I think it will fit my frame better. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I'm currently 5'6", 177lbs, 19% bf
Goal is 150 @ 10% bf

Ok, thanks for the advice. Any suggestion on when/how to spread out the dose? I've found conflicting reports throughout my search. I am currently running 50mcg in the am and 25mcg in the afternoon. Should I add a dose in the pm as well?

Once a day is fine. I take it in the morning. There is no need to split your dose. Half life is too long for that to matter.

I'm interested in trying this.
Never taken anything and I mean anything before.
I have lost 19kg and have been weights training for almost 12 months now and have built a solid base.
I'm currently eating really clean, train 5 weights and 3 HIIT sessions of 25-30 mins.
I'm 186cm, 90kg and am 15% BF.
Do I have to run anything else with this and will I lose muscle mass?
