Old dog looking for a little help understanding new tricks

    Hello, my first post...

I have older "dog", he's almost 40 and back when he was in his early 20's "research" was much easier. Over the past few years he put on a few extra pounds, nothing crazy as he has stayed active. I've had him in the gym for the past 3 months but I'm looking for something to help him cut some fat, and maybe put on some muscle.

I found AR-R and know that's where I want to order new research material from but can't for the life of me figure out research products to order. I did look at clen but from what I read I'm not sure it will agree with him. It use to be so easy, get some winni-v and call it a day.

If anyone can point me to what might work for my research I would really appreciate it.

Personally I wouldn't give my dog clen but eh who am I. Lol

Best bet would be to start with your stats, height, weight and body fat. Clen will help but its just an aid, the real work is going to be diet and routine.

Just under 200 looking to to get back to 170 - 175, not sure of body fat.

I'm in the gym doing cardio 5 days in the AM then weights 5 days in the PM.

I eat pretty clean, I just think I hit a plateau.
