L-Dex - Some things you may not know…

Liquidex, also known as arimidex or anastrozole, belongs to a class of compounds known as aromatase inhibitors. It has become very popular in our research. Let’s take a look at why.

Aromatase is the enzyme responsible for the conversion of testosterone to estrogen in our research subjects. On the aromatase enzyme there is a site where it binds to testosterone and begins the conversion or "aromatization" to estrogen. Liquidex is a type 2 aromatase inhibitor. It blocks this site on the aromatase enzyme making it impossible for it to bind to testosterone and start the aromatization process. Liquidex is extremely effective in this area. It has been observed in research that estrogen levels were reduced 70% after a single administration in just 24 hrs. The value of a compound like especially given the likelihood of elevated estrogen due to the nature of our research becomes obvious. It is an extremely effective tool at managing estrogen levels in our research subjects.

Let’s look a little further at some effects observed with this research compound. Liquidex has been shown to almost double testosterone levels in research subjects! This effect is accomplished as a result of what is known as the negative feedback loop. In males estrogen exerts what is known as negative feedback at the hypothalamus. This means the more estrogen present the less gonadotropin will be released for the production of testosterone. Since Liquidex is so effective at lowering estrogen, it reduces this negative feedback at the hypothalamus, increasing the release of gonadotropin and therefore significantly increasing testosterone.

Another interesting effect observed in research was Liquidex's effects on male fertility. After 6 months of administration the sperm count in male research subjects more than doubled. A significant increase in ejaculate volume was also noted. With a marked impact like that this compound has demonstrated a well-deserved place in our fertility research.

Due to Liquidex's significant lowering of estrogen levels it has also been used successfully in research treating gynecomastia . This is the abnormal growth or development of breast tissue in males The primary cause of this is usually elevated estrogen making Liquidex an extremely effective tool in our gyno treatment research.

As you can see there is a clear primary purpose for Liquidex in our research, and that is very effectively managing estrogen. However it should be noted the effectiveness of this compound in the other areas mentioned. Gyno treatment research, male fertility research, testosterone increasing research, and last but not least estrogen management are all areas where this compound shines.
