Says order is complete but usps said it doesnt exist

Hey, i have ordered 2 successful orders from ar-r and both packages arrived and were top notch. However, my test subject is starting some "supplementation" soon and he needs his ai'sband what not

Im sure this is just a minor error somewhere but i placed the order february 23rd and now when i goto the site it says order complete however i cannot locate the package and when i called usps and gave them the order number it said it doesn't exist? ( i live in canada by the way )

Is there a chance customs snagged my order? I ordered arimidex and prami. My other orders got here no problem. Ar-r you guys are the best and i'd recommend you to anyone, but whats the deal on this one

I also sent two emails but no response yet so i thought maybe id be able to reach you here instead. ( i understand you guys have lots of email inquiries and are very busy)

I apologize for the delay but we need to be careful with Canadian customs. We had an episode where they sent all packages back to us so now we need to ship out slowly to ensure they get through.
