    Injectable is getting harder and harder to get. Also, this will be cheaper than injectable.

    Its better because its Methyl-b12 . I have personally never seen this in the otc stores myself.
    I think it will be the SAME product thoughÉ (my question mark is not working for some reason its coming out like: É)
