Props to AR-R customer service
I recieved a damaged package recently. It look like the cap was crush so the liquid leaked all over the envelope. I contacted customer service they asked me to send pics of product and I had a new envelope in my mail box 3 days later. The customer service is awesome, Thanks Again

Yep they always take care of me too. I haven't had that issue happen before, but I woulden't be too worried if it did happen. Just need tt talk to the CS respectfully and they will help and respond the same way. I have asked questions about a sale or what not and never felt brushed off. glad its not just because I am on the forums a lot and they do it for everyone!
