    UDCA from AR_R

    How should this be dossed ? I have read some threads that suggest dosing based on body weight. Just not sure, any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Ive always dosed at 250mg/day or 250 mg eod depending on how bad liver values were.

    That's exactly what I do....and I will say this about ar-r 's udca..i got bw done and my liver values were high so I upped my dose of udca and after a couple of weeks got bw done again and the liver values were right in range....love the stuff.
