heres a recipe i got from my buddy at work
6 egg whites
1/2 cup of cottage cheese or yogurt
2/3 cup oatmeal
2 heaping tbsp peanut butter
2 scoops whey

it actually tastes good to the peanut butter overpowers everything

You sure your body can sythesize 130g of protein?

no but im sure the extra wont hurt me

The protein values are vastly different between cottage cheese and yogurt. CC has way more.
I agree with bad man. 130g of protein in one meal is too much. The only benefit is that you would be able to clear a room with one fart.

so whats the maximum u should take at once so i can reformulate the recipe?

Also, the combination of these quantities of protein, fat, and carbs are scary. Your insulin level will go through the roof and what do you think that is going to do?
Not much difference between this and a double Big Mac combo meal with a vanilla milkshake. If that's what suits your dietary needs, then mission accomplished.

Just a suggestion - I'd lose the oatmeal and milk if you're going to drink this before bed.

eww raw eggs are gross. I did some research for a grad class on protein supplementation and it said that the body (though highly individalized) can't absorb more than 35-40 g at a time. Some is used for tissue repair and growth, some is used to replenish your amino acid pool and the rest is just excreted in your urine. If you have too much extra it can also be turned into a cho or sugar or something eventually and stored as fat. Cant remember exactly the process that it goes through but i know it can be stored as fat somehow. The research said 25-30 g immediatly (30 min) pre andpost workout and different types of the day was best for maximum absorption. 100g at once is going to be wasted.

So you make one big shake, be sure to refrigerate it when not in use, and sip on it for a couple of hours post workout.

One more thing.. I believe that your body can absorb around 60g of protein, within 2-3 hours....

then you have 2 choices,
one--MOVE
two-- just buy regular eggs and remove the yolk. cheaper than egg whites anyways, i've only seen them in six packs which cost more than a carton of eggs

ur body can synthasis 30gr of protien per hour (this is a generalisation, but a pretty good estimate). over that u are stuffed
-

I have never been stuffed from a shake. A person that is highly anabolic , aka taking AAS is looking at roughly a maximum of 70-75gms every 3 hrs, at least that is what the study we performed in lab results were.
