    Exclamation Need a diet to loose weight

    I am 21 years old and weigh 250 pounds i want to loose weight and most of the weight is in my mis section and around my pecs. Any helpwould be great.

    Try the diet section and post there. Try to post in detail what you want to achieve and those guys will help you.

    First thing... this post is in the wrong place it should be in the Diet forum not the recipes forum.

    Secondly... If you were to post in the diet forum you will receive a response to first read the thread below so you might want to check that out before reposting in the diet section.

    HI There Hardball!!

    I got a diet for you but.....It can be dangerous. It really does work but only if you stick to it. This diet takes alot of work. but its worth it.

    All you can eat is chicken fillets and fish. (dry)

    Get yourself a whey protine shake with aprox. 3 grams carbs, no more than 5. U may have one shake a day.

    U must do 10 mins joging every moring before eating.

    U can eat as much as u like. Just make sure it is dry.

    pappawhatever STFU, that diet is horrible. dont press your advice on others when it is horrible.

    Care to post some pics of yourself on your amazing bodybuilding/fatloss diet?
