    Low Carb Pro/Fat Meal

Made this today and it came out pretty good.....

8oz of 96% lean ground beef
    1/3 Cup Graded Swiss Cheese
    1/2 Cup Diced tomotoes
    2tbsp of Salsa
As much hot sauce as you like

Blend the tomotoes, hot sauce, and salsa in a blender. Cook the ground beef half way in a pan first, then let it cook the rest of the way in the pot while you are stiring it in the sauce. Add the cheese last, and seasonings if you wish (onion powder, garlic, etc) and stir until the meat is fully cooked.

    Comes out to:

    51g of protein
    8g of carbs - 4 sugars, 1g Fiber
    15g of Fat
    360 Calories

Sounds like he mixed the sause into the ground meat while he was cooking it. That'd be what I would have done. Sounds like a good dish. Do stuff like that sometimes it turns out great.

I think he meant wheres the sauce if you were to substitute the tomatoes for the muchroom and onions.
