Here's a little snack I like to have a couple times throughout the day.

1 cup egg whites
1/4 cup tomatoes (diced)
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
Dill
Oregano

1. Mix the dill and oregano into the egg whites.
2. In a heated and buttered frying pan, sautee the tomatoes for a minute or two.
3. Pour the egg whites into the frying pan, on top of the tomatoes.
4. Let it sit there until cooked, then spinkle the cheese on top, fold the omlette and flip it a couple time until the cheese is melted.
5. Chow that sucker down.
