Spice up your tuna
If like me you struggle to get a can of tuna down your kneck then try this.
1-2 cans of tuna (depending on dietery requirements)
8-15 olives
tabasco.
Cut the olives into small peices, mix into the tuna and add tobasco. This stops the tuna bcoming dry and makes it tastier. it goes down a treat.

I do Tuna + Franks red hot sauce... soo good, makes me want a can right now

I have tuna, red chillies and spring onion then add a few drops of tabasco.Mix it up then place in fridge for two hrs or more. Eat cool. Lovely.

Mix in a couple of tbl spoons of Pace hot Salsa. It's like a sore dick, you cant beat it!

I enjoy just stir frying it with veggies. Healthy and the frying gets out some of the fishy taste.
