My Tuna Recipie
Here's my tuna recipie: open a can of tuna, drain it, eat it. That's it.
hahaha.
Just kidding, that sounds good, will have to give it a shot. It's nice to have some different tastes when eating the same things all the time.

Here's my Tuna Recipe....It was given to Figure competitors during a Monica Brandt Phat Camp
In a small bowl, add a can of tuna (softly drained, otherwise it can be too dry), 1/3-2/3 cup dry oats(depending on how much you require), 1/4 cup egg white, seasoning salt if desired. Preheat non-stick fry pan to med-high. Mix ingredients well. Turn pan down to 4, Spray with pam, Pour ingredients into pan and flatten and form into tight patty shape. Once bottom is browned, quarter patty and flip. (It's too big otherwise and breaks apart).
Once lightly browned on both sides, ready to eat. Tastes great with Lemon on it. Also great cold, throw it in baggy and you have a great ready-to eat snack. Mmmm, nummy!!

I make a huge batch that lasts me and my roommates several days.
2 cans tuna
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced
2 stalks celery... diced
2 chopped green onions
1 bunch cilantro
2 shredded carrots
1 chopped roma tomato
1 cup cottage cheese
3 tbsp mayonnaise
Then I mix in a few shots soy sauce, heavy on the powdered ginger, maybe some black pepper or cayenne.
