Pumpkin Pie...without the fatty crust
Well, Thanksgiving in Canada is right around the corner; so, I thought I would share yet another recipe I use as a snack..and good for the holiday season to curb my pie craving....
This can be played around with..depending on your carb and protein needs.
2 scoops of Vanilla Protein
1 -2 cups of Pumpkin Puree (not the Pie filling)
Pumpkin Spice
Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
And voila, Pumpkin Pie with out the fat....You can eat it cold or warm it up for a treat!!!!

got any for apple pie...im not a pumpkin pie kinda guy lol

owwww!!! Apple...that one could be tricky...since the fruit is a major sugar adder to my diet...My diet consists of only two fruits a day...and pumpkin being a carb..and very low at that...I'm able to volumize ....but, let me think on that one...and see what I can come up with...

yea i dont really incorporate these recipes in my daily diet ..there more for cheat days experimenting and also to cut back on some uneeded cals
