    E Z Clean Eggs/Omelette

here's a cool way to do eggs in the morning that can be ready anytime in the day.

Get a heavy duty ziploc baggie, size is up to you, depending on how much you want. Inside

the baggie, add eggs, egg whites, vegetables, spices, or cheese, whatever you want.

Put the entire bag, sealed, in a big pot of boiling water, and cook for a couple minutes. (it is pretty easy to check if it is done.) take it out, and you have a good meal to eat immediately or save for later with refrigeration. and the best part, no clean up, just dump out the boiling water! have a good one and enjoy being creative w/ it.

    My favorite:

1/2 to 1 cup of egg whites,
1/2 cup of chicken breast, cut into slices
1/2 cup of frozen mixed veggies
    Some fresh spinach if available
A dash of salt and pepper

Is the chicken pre cooked? How many full eggs would you suggest in place of the egg whites?

yea it is better to have precooked i guess, i have never done it with raw. for egg whites, if you buy a carton of 100% liquid egg whites, 1/4 cup has 6 grams of protein, so i usually use anywhere from 1-2 cups depending. all depends on what your goals are as far as quantity of eggs.
