simple grilled chicken italiano (pwo/or pro/fat)
chicken breast
red onion
green pepper
tomato
oregano
salt/pepper
balsamic
olive oil
garlic
parkay butter spray/can't believe not butter
1. Grill your breasts! after they are done, spray 10-12 sprays or less of the butter stuff, add salt n pepper to taste.
2. dice/cut up peppers, tomatos, and red onion... (i use half a tomato, half green pepper, and a little red onion... use as to what your personal diet allows)
3. add 1 tb of olive oil and 2 tb of balsamic, teaspoon of oregano, teaspoon or less of garlic (minced or powder) Now mix this up seperate from the chicken otherwise the chicken will absorb the juices..
now you can add the chicken cup up or whole... mix it all up together now and eat
* for pro fat leave as is... for pwo add rice or whatever you choose as a carb source and cut the oil by half a serving or leave it out all together.
** i prepare this in the morning and eat later on.. it actually tastes really good cold after all of it marinades together....
