    chicken pot pie

I was wondering if any of the great chefs on here could conjure up a recipe that can be used as an alternative to the norm
basically something that wont kill me after I eat it

I checked out for example what the pot pies normal nutrition are and its astounding to say the least

    one pie is 1100 calories
    1.2 sodium
    like 28 protein
    96 carbs
    and almost 100 fat

    these are all in grams

its something I rarely eat just because of how terrible it is...

Im not sure where everyone is getting that I use it for a cheat meal? I saw the stats while shopping, I figured there had to be a way to make it without it being so terrible... thats all

Only thing I can possibly think of is to simply cut up white meat breast and put it in a pie pan...Season some chicken booth and pour in some vinegar and pour it over the chicken...Make a pie crust from egg whites and oatmeal flour (made by puting oatmeal in the food processor)...Mix the flour and egg whites together, try and make a flat sheet to put over it, throw it in the oven...I think it's worth a shot if you really love it...
