ahhhhh nice I have a full belly of turkey meat loaf!!

Only thing I did differently was I used extra lean ground turkey, you still have to spoon out off the loaf some of the excess fat when its done.

I lined the pan with cut up red potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes, and mushrooms.

Used most of the spices you listed and when I had everything in the pan i basted it all with some liquid gold (beer).

Covered it with tin foil, and baked for an hour.

    the sauce:
drained some of the juice from the pan, added some hickory smoked BBQ sauce, paprika, salt pepper and the rest of the can of beer basted the loaf and veggies baked without tinfoil for 5 more mins.

It was effin delicious. and I still have like 1 pound of turkey left to eat.

Awesome. Glad you liked it. I used extra lean ground turkey as well...I just assumed that people would realize that's what to use when I posted the recipe. Glad you liked it!

i've been using tukey looves as a normal part of daily diet. I only use turkey, multi grain bread, 2 eggs and seasonings. This is obvously fine as part of a prt/carb meal... no?
