Protien Shake worth trying -
If you are on a mass building cycle, try this out. I got it out of MuscleandFitness, and it's real tasty. Loaded with calories, protein, and enough fat to pack on some mass.
12oz Skim Milk
1 cup LOW FAT Vanilla Ice cream
1 Banana
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2-3 Scoops of Whey Protien Powder
Mix the milk and ice cream in a blender, until smooth. Then, add in banana, honey, peanut butter, and whey. Mix at a low speed for 30 seconds, and ENJOY.
750 calories, 50-70grams of Protein(depending on how much whey you add) and 20g of fat, and 90g of Carbs.

Sounds really good. I just happen to have all of those ingredients handy and I'm trying one right now. Quite good I must say. I would offer a little hint though. Make sure that the bananas that you use are very ripe. So ripe that they are almost ready to turn. This will deffinetly add a sweeter taste. Thanks for the tip.

Good point. I'll have to try that when the banana's I have are close to turning. I added a lil more honey to sweeten the taste on one I had earlier today.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. I thought it was one of the better drinks I have came accross.

If you really wanna put on weight:
Mix:
2 cups goats milk
4 raw eggs
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup ice cream
1/2 stick of butter
Choke it down, then go to sleep. THAT'L PUT IT ON YOU!!

The recipe was intended to be somewhat enjoyable, my friend. If I REALLY wanted to put on weight, I'd go eat some fast food 6x's a day.
