A Simple Oatmeal / Protein Bar Recipe
You Will Need:
1 Large mixing bowl
1 Mixing spoon
1 Brownie tray or two muffin trays
non stick spray
Ingredients:
8 Scoops protein powder
3 Cups oats
1 Pkg. sugar-free instant pudding
2 Skim cups milk
2 Tblsp. natural peanut butter (optional)
Optional:
Put in you coffee grinder: flax seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, wheat germ, Kashi cereal or whatever else you think of.
You can substitute the coffee grinder's ingredients for up to 1 cup of the required oats.
You can also sprinkle the grinds on the top in the final step.
Directions:
Mix all the contents in bowl
Stir for a few minutes until the mix thickens up good
Spray non stick
Scoop/pour mix into tray
Cover
Put in freezer or fridge overnight
Enjoy for Breakfast Or PWO
This Recipe is not set in stone. Just a basic premise. Experiment to get the right 'chew' you like. Change up the recipe to work for your current diet.

Old Thread I know but for a newb like me it's brilliant.
The pre packaged protein bars are stupid expensive. I can see myself making this up every weekend once I get it right. And I'll probably make a version that my kids will love too. Thanks mate!
