Im sure its been said before, but
2 egg whites one whole egg
fry it up with onions and peppers if you like
put in tortias and put back in your skillet for a few min on each side, and they still tast good heated up in the morning.
also make this for breakfast.
one can tuna drained
1 whole egg
oninons peppers
and fry it on skillet with some black pepper
the cooked tuna is so much better, not much of a fishy tast anymore.
