totally guilt free Popsicles!!!
Hey gang
I just love these and if you use spenda or something like it its totally free to eat! no carbs and no sugar!
You can normally find the popsicle molds in dollar stores. this makes one mold full or about 8 of them.
They dont drip because of the jello
JELLO POPSICLES
1 pkg. Kool-Aid
1 pkg. sugar free .3 oz. jello
2 c. warm water
2 c. cold water
1 cup spenda or sugar sub
Pour jello and Kool-Aid into bowl. Add warm water;
dissolve. Stir in cold water. Pour into popsicle holders.
Let them completely freeze and then i run warm water over the base of the mold for my sicle and it will pop out after a few mins.
I highly suggest you try these. for us sugar addicts this is an awesome guild free treat!
Combinations: Tropical punch Kool-Aid and strawberry
Jell-O; lemonade Kool-Aid and lime Jell-O; orange Kool-Aid and
orange Jell-O; grape Kool-Aid and blackberry Jell-O.
or just same flavor jello and koolade

oh i forgot to mention that you may need to adjust the sugar sub depending on how sweet you like it.
With one cup of splenda and cherry jello and koolade its not terribly sweet but still a nice change from sugar free jello
