    Call me MR PANCAKES

    1/2 cup quick oats
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1tsp vanilla extra
    1 medium bannana

    Instructions - Mix all in a blender...heat up nonstick cooking pan, brown on both sides like you would for regular pancakes...then enjoy makes about 3 small pancakes

    add 4oz turkey suasage, and 4 egg whites, and BAAM breakfest of champions

    Meal 1 – ½ cup quick oats (precooked), 4oz turkey sausage, 6 egg whites, 1 banana
    55c / 45p / 11f / 499calories

    Fantastic. I'm going to start this on Monday - Thanks mate.
    Might add 1 scoop of ON Whey Vanilla flavour and a little milk to soften.

    ya i just tried something new i was getting tired of this recipe....take out the NUTMEG and replace it with 1TBS of imitation strawberry ......they TAST GREAT
