    For bulking or cutting- peanut butter banana shake (IM NOT KIDDING)

    3 tbsp Dymatize Whey Isolate Smooth Banana
    Water
    Ice (important for froth)
    2 tbsp ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER
    Blend....


    3 tbsp dymatize = 342cals/72g Protein
    2 tbsp peanut butter=200cals/16g fat
    Total= 542cals/72gprotein/16g fat

    Don't be scared of All natural peanutbutter ...it has EFAs!
    Switch around this with 2tbsp of flax....that adds 30cals per tablespoon 6g of fat
    1tbsp flax= 130cals/14g fat
