Sausage Rice Casserole
1.5 lbs - turkey sausage
1pkg - chickn noodle soup MIX *package without noodles*
1.5 to 2 cups boiling water
1 cup uncooked rice, (use minute rice)
1/2 tsp. salt
Brown sausage in skillet, drain off excess fat. Combine soup mix and rice in boiling water, stir. Cover pa, and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, Add sausage and salt to rice mixture ans stir well. Pout into baking dish. Microwave 5 to 10 minutes.Last edited by lil hulk; 06-26-2008 at 03:53 PM.
