    Peanut Butter/Cinnamon Yogurt

Here's one more for you.... It uses yogurt, so if you don't like using dairy products, quit now...

2 cups (454g) Plain Fat Free Yogurt- 240 calories, 36g carbs, 18g protein
32g Power Butter (or Peanut Butter)- 182 calories, 6g carbs, 12g protein,
    9.5g fat
    1 banana- 105 calories, 27g carbs
1 scoop Protein Powder (I prefer vanilla)- 110 calories, 20g protein, 4g carbs, 1.5g fat
1 tsp. Cinnamon (may not want this much... I love cinnamon!)
    1/4 cup water

    Total- 637 calories, 73g carbs, 50g protein, 11g fat

Tastes really good frozen too, but make sure it's mixed well, especially the Power/Peanut butter if you're going to freeze it otherwise the power/peanut butter is pretty much a frozen rock in there.
