for those coffee lovers . . . iced coffee with a protein kick!
Been experimenting with shakes alot lately, was feeling a bit tired today so tried the following and wasnt disappointed . . .
Half scoop of choc whey
One whole egg and two egg whites
Two teaspoons of instant coffee
Three Brazil nuts
Three ice cubes
and a splash of milk

I do for my shake.
60 grams of vanilla way,
1 bannana
2 shots of coffee
250ml skim milk
Teaspoon of honey for taste.
Blend and drink.
Great Post workout.
