    Voltaires Volcanic Breakfast! (A must try)

    Ok its morning and you want to wake up.
    what better than something wholesome and spicey to kick start your day, and better yet a monkey could make it which means in the fog of the morning sleep haze you wont run into any problems.

    ingredients
    1-2 slices of bread
    400grams of chickpeas
    Poached egg
    Chilli powder
    Cumin (Spice) powder
    Oil
    Tuna
    Salt

    Ok toast the bread (whole meal/sourdough or turkish) until crisp.
    Then break apart in a large (emphasis on large) bowl.
    Break into small pieces.

    Macros = 4.5P/30C

    Now microwave your chickpeas for 1 min on cook. This is plenty of time now throw them in the mix, with some of the juices from the can.

    Macros = 14.8P/5.6F/55.4C

    Poach and egg in boiling water and then throw that into the mix as well.

    Macros = 6P/6F

    Add 1 tablespoon of chilli and 1 tablespoon of cumin to the mix.

    Add 1 table spoon of oil.

    Macros = 14 grams of fat.

    Add 1 small can of tuna into the mix.

    Macros = 17P/6F

    Top with a pinch of salt and stir vigorously.

    Now you've got an insanely tasty and spicy breakfast.
    Guaranteed to wake you up, and gauranteed as a change from your regular oats.

    Also the chilli will kick start your metabolism in the morning.

    Total Macros = 42.3P/31.6F/85.4C

    Total calories = 795.2

    Dropping the oil to half a table spoon, and dropping the poached egg to whites can work in dropping the cal value. Still taste good too, im just putting up my original recipe. I got this from a Tunisian dude who eats it every morning.
