    Creamy Oats - ULTRA HEALTHY

I got the idea from some guys on this forum. Just made it and it is AMAZING.

When cutting its pretty hard to find a suitable breakfast meal that tastes good (read: tastes good).

    1. Heat the oats in the microwave with water (2mins HIGH - water just covering the oats).

    2. Once cooked add a little bit of skim milk 1/4 - 1/2 cup)

    3. Add 1.5 scoops ON's Vanilla Protein (gold standard) (will try syntha tomorrow)

    4. Mix thoroughly - this will turn the oats ULTRA CREAMY

    5. EAT!

Top with a bit of honey.

optional - add tablespoon olive oil for EFAs. (cut honey if so RE: insulin spike & storage of fats)

    3/4 cup oats - 30g carbs

    1.5 scoops ON's protein - 36g protein

Honey - 20g sugar carbs (only in morning or PWO)

50g Carbs 36g Protein = 344 cal - Good for cutting - up the amounts for bulking!

the thing about measuring oats (or nearly any food) is that if your using traditional oats and im using quick oats i can fit more quick oats in 1/2 a cup than traditional. I have now started weighing everything. since i have been getting real strict on my cutting diet i have started having the oats cooked with plenty of water so there moist. Then plenty of splenda and cinnamon.
