Good chili recipe?
I have a major craving for some chili for dinner tonight and was wondering if anyone has a good recipe. I am bulking right now so Im probably just going to go with some 90/10 hamburger for meat but what about the other ingredients and how do you cook it?

use this as a guide
1kg mince beef
3 chopped onions
5 cloves of garlic
1 tube of tomato puree
1 tin chopped tommatoes
2 tin kidney beans
1 tin baked beans
1 botle of cheap red wine
1tbl spoon chilli powder (make it as hot as you want)
1 tbl spoon cinamon
1. In a large stock pot fry onions and crushed/chopped garlic for 5 mins
2. Add beef mince, cook for further 5 mins
3. add spices (chilli and cinamon)
4. add tommato puree, cook for 2 more mins
5. add all other things (tommatoes, wine and beans)(drain the kidney beans)
6. reduce on hob untill alcohol smell/taste has gone down.
7. cook in the oven or hob for a further hour.(in oven i like to leave it in for 4 hrs at 175c, makes it really nice)
8. remember its always best the day after so cook up in large batches, and freeze wats left over
