I never really thought of using a scamp sauce because it is all butter. Today scallops were on sale so I picked some up. I decided to create a scampi sauce but only use alil butter and substitute with white wine. Tastes exactly like scampi and couldnt tell the diff. Just thought Id share IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!

Just add alittle spoonfull of butter into a pan and pour about half a cup of white wine. throw in some minced garlic(and grated parm. cheese if you want). throw in the shrimp, scallops or chicken and let cook. Very simple and tasty. I took my frozen diced broccoli, boiled it then threw it in the pan and mixed it all together.
