    Sweet Chicken Marinade

    1 Cup Soy Sauce
    1 Cup Water
    1/4 Cup Splenda
4 to 6 inch Ginger Root ( cut into small pieces)

Mix all the above ingredients in a big ziplock baggie. And put raw chicken breast in it (I personaly usualy do about 4 to 5lbs with this mixture). Let sit for 24 hours, the longer u let it sit the better its going to taste. Then bake chicken for 20 minutes at 400 Degrees.

    You will NOT be disappointed

    Enjoy

I made a batch of the marinade last night (used lower sodium soy sauce and halfed the recipe since I only had 2 pounds of chicken). I didn't let it sit for an entire 24 hours because I needed to cook before my husband went to work this afternoon, but my daughter loved it...we'll see what hubby says when he gets home at midnight.
