    Female--

cardio 4x's a week on bike or speed walk or pool jog--for 30 minutes sometimes longer
    weight lifting 3 x's a week
walk dog 2x's a day for at least 20-30 minutes each time
diet--could improve--working on it---have cut out sugar for 9 months now
I am very solid and have always been athletic so I do not want bulk anymore
I need a "shake" for helping me replace a meal every so often--for breakfast or lunch
    Thanks!

protein shakes really aren't the best to use for a meal replacement - whole foods are better while shakes are digested real quickly - i know i would only do whey/casein/oats mix if i was going to have a shake if I ran out of food without realizing...

get a good diet together based on your TDEE and you'll definitely see improvements, rather than just cutting out sugars ... not trying to sound harsh.. but losing 30-40 pounds is really dependant on diet... fatburners & cardio are immeadiately temporary unless a diet is in the mix...
