I tend to try for as much intensity in my daily life as possible when cycling and to keep me in the right mindset I eat some high protein meals that my friends and family think are a little extreme. My top 3 are:

Tuna float

1 diet coke (caffeine free)
1 can water packed albacore tuna
1 scoop vanilla protein isolate

Blend and drink. To minimize the fishy smell I rinse the tuna first.

Sashimi scramble

leftover sashimi
4 egg whites
2 whole eggs

Scramble, mix in a little wasabi and ginger slices, your good to go.

CHEAT DAY MEAL

I order a steak, baked potato loaded and hot fudge sundae.

Cut the potato in half, mash and put on top of steak, pour sundae on top of steak/potato mixture and enjoy!
