    Tasty Shake

    Been experimenting a little.
I love oats, and I LOVE my Isopure protein, but I am also very into flavor, variety, and enjoying everything that I put in my body.PWO meal can become monotonous--
I also have a very hectic work schedule. That coupled with all of this extra time in the gym lately, sometimes leaves me without time for a full, sit-down meal. This is a good replacement-- or at least i think it is.

I would love to gear what the pros out there think:

10oz. unsweetened, organic, lowfat vanilla almond milk
    (50cal., 3g fat, 2g carb, 0g sugar)

50g whey-- for Isopure, this is 2 scoops-- use your brand of powder to taste/desired consistency/potency

1tsp. freshly (very finely) ground espresso beans

    1tsp. 100% cacao powder

1/2 cup finely ground oats (optional, depending on your carb needs for the meal/day)

--1 oz of berries, or 1/2 bananna are also options, depending on your tastes/nutritional requirements.

Pour almond milk into blender, turn on medium setting, and slowly add ingredients in the order in which they appear. Blend until consistency is smooth, and adjust proportions/ingredients to taste/requirements.

I think this is a very tasty, very versatile shake, You?

The shake sounds great and very creative Dr. Z! I think i'm gonna give it a try!

On another note, how do you like the taste of the isopure whey by itself, just mixed with water? Is it bad, tolerable, or good?

The only isopure I like with just water is the chocolate flavor. The others seem a bit bland in just water. (only tried a couple others though)
