1 packet Knorr Rustic Chicken Bake
1 packet Lipton Onion soup mix
4 tbsp Pappys Season Salt
1250g chicken breast
750g potatoes
500g mushrooms
250g carrots
4(500g) medium tomatoes
1 large lemon cut up

cut up all ingredients into roughly 1"x1" cubes, toss in bowl with seasoning, put in baking bag, bake at 190C (325 F) for 45-60min

makes 5 serving (each serving is roughly 500g)

I basically followed the directions on the back of the seasoning but replaced green beans with much more mushrooms, and used tomatoes instead of water to add the moisture.. also added lemon, Lipton's onion soup mix, and pappy's seasoning salt for extra flavor..
