    Lean beef meat sauce, no need to soak your meat over night!

    lb of lean beef
    1/4cup of salsa (or depends on salsa lover maybe more)
    2 Tablespoons of chilli power
    2-3 garlic cloves (depend on how much you like garlic)
    Half a onion avg size, chopped up...
    2 mushrooms chopped
    teaspoon of pepper
    water

    Thats the things you need or take out and add in, pretty much looking for a healthy choice to favor the beef.

    Anyways, I cook the beef to above 90% and then I add the rest. No need to soak for day, this will do the same and still get the taste needed.

    Works great for people that don't have the time to prepare. Left over can be freezed, and warmed up next day or few days later.

    Nice, why not just drop the salsa for mustard ?

    I guess you could, I like salsa and it isn't too bad, but you can always drop salsa and leave it were its at. Also have took salsa out and just used hot pepper, but you still get that sodium
