egg white sweet potatoe breakfast.
1 carton (32 oz.) All Whites Liquid 100% FF Egg Whites
3 Large Sweet Potatoes, cubed & cooked
2 Tbl Fresh Chives, chopped
2 Tbl Cinnamon
1 Cup Low Fat Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cook sweet potatoes in microwave for approx 5 minutes - enough so they are just about cooked through but still hard enough to cut without mashing up.
Mix egg whites, potatoes, chives and cinnamon and pour into a 13 X 9 baking pan. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked through.
Cut into 10 squares and serve.
Way less then 10 servings for most of us.

That actually sounds good! I might have to try it. Does it end up tasting sweet or savory?

made it this morning. I didnt use cheese. I dont like cheese. It took about 45 mins for the eggs to get cooked. I should have cut the potatoes a little smaller then i did. But it tasted very good
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
