    Trail Mix

    Anyone have a great trail mix recipe? I did a search but didnt see anything pop up. Thanks. Looking for something very healthy obviously.....

    Macros you want in there. I just have a 4o/40/20 of sunflower/pumpkin seeds a d pine nts. Not trail mix I know but whatever fits your macro's!
