sweet chilli tuna and chicken wrap
A tasty way to get that tuna and chicken in when you on the go.
-Flour tortillas
-shredded lettuce,onion,tomatoes
-sweet chilli houmous [many other variations available if you prefer]
-tuna
-chicken breast
I usually don't much feel like eating directly after a work out, but found this combination is easy on the gut and on the move.
Calories, protein, carb stats- unknown, but can't be bad.
