This is a great recipe! why? because you can do as little or as much as you want! your way, be creative! Its a good low-cal recipe that can be done easy so you can chill and have an adult beverage with your friends and make it look like you slaved all day!

Salad:
Cabbage, shredded thin (can buy already done from the store if dont want to do it by hand)
Carrots, shredded thin (can buy already done from the store if dont want to do it by hand)
Green onions, cut 1 inch on bias (diagonal)
Bean Sprouts
Red Bell Peppers, sliced thin
Favorite Low-cal Asian Dressing

Bib or Butter Lettuce, whole leaf, washed

Toss all ingredients (except lettuce) together. Set aside.

Protien: This can be anything you want! teriyaki chicken, sesame pork, schzwan beef, doesnt matter. What I like to do is make several of the salad plates while I have the protien going on the BBQ.

Toss all ingredients (except lettuce) together. Set aside.
Put 1 leaf on each plate and fill with salad mix.
Place chopped protien over the top of Salad
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.




The beauty is you can add whatever you want to the salad, bok choy, green bells, bamboo chutes, peanuts or cashews, water chestnuts, snow peas, you can get a "Oriental Blend" in the lettuce section & make it THAT much easier!
