5 Avocados, peeled and pitted
3 tbs finely chopped cilantro
quarter cup of finely diced sweet onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper (optional)
1 lime juiced (optional)
2 diced plum tomatos (optional)

Mash all together and enjoy! Add a table spoon to a meal as a healthy fat. Taste great on top of chicken and sirloin ground beef patties!
