Turkey Quinoa Burrito/Lettuce Wrap
Ground turkey
Quinoa
Taco seasoning (or just Cumin and chili powder)
Greek yogurt
Jalapeños
Tomatoes
Avocado
Cilantro
Salsa (SRIRACHA)
Flour tortillas (I like to wrap mine in lettuce, or just eat outta the bowl)
Rinse quinoa before you cook it, always.
Brown ground turkey. When quinoa is done throw quinoa and turkey together in the pot you browned ground turkey in.
Throw that in a burrito, leaf of lettuce or just a bowl and garnish with Sriracha, cilantro, jalapenos, avocado, tomatoes.
Destroy..... Sooooo good, and healthy.
