I like just throwing some salsa in it. Find whatever has the lowest sugar and mix it up with your rice. Gives it kind of a mexican flare. Wanta make it even better??? Throw some grilled chicken, steak, bell peppers, onions in with it and you've got yourself one pretty freaking good meal.

I'll have to try that, never added corn. Getting tired of eating it plain. I mix with marinated chicken but was looking more for something to spice up the rice it's self. Already mixed rice has way to much sodium.

Cook the rice regular. Once finish. Heat up a non stick pan, add evoo, add the rice. Cook on high heat not touching it for a few mins, u can then flip it almost like a pancake. Same process on other side.

CRISPY brown rice. It adds a different texture, and flavor to it actually. Almost nutty. And I can eat double what I usually do this way.

If I'm at home this is the only way I eat it now. On the go its obviously not possible.

I've started cooking my rice in beef or chicken stock. Soaks in all the flavor, and definitely beats plain rice.
