Just found this one Excess. Take a look
This is not actually a salsa receipe you asked for Excess but it is pretty good on potatoes. This is just something that I happen to already have typed out on a disk and thought that I would post it for you to look at. I will have you some receipes more specific to your cullanry search that you might like better posted by Sat.
Creamy Italian
1 cup of low-fat sour cream
2 tbsp. Red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Each of grated Parmesan Cheese, lemon juice, and honey
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 green onions, white parts only, minced
½ tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. each salt and black pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour before using. Store in an airtight container or jar with a lid in the refrigerator. Shale well before using. This dressing will keep for 3 to 4 days
Makes about 1=1/4 cups
Nutritional Values – per serving = 2 tbsp.
28 calories
0.5 grams of fat
0.3 grams of Sat Fat
1.7 grams of Protein
4.5 mg. of carbohydrates
0 grams of fiber
2 mg cholesterol
108.1 mg sodium
% Calories for fat = 15

That sounds good. I'm going out for groceries on Sunday, so I'll give this a try. You'd think a guy with Irish blood could eat a potato plain, but I just can't do it. Thanks IC!
