Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
1/2 cup of fiber one
itailan seasoning
lemon pepper
egg substitute or whites


Crush up the fiber one in a ziplock bag, and some lemon pepper and italian seasoning to the fiber one. Pour some egg substitute into a bowl then add your chicken to it. Then just throw it into the ziplock bag with the fiber one and shake it up. Bake it at 385 for 15-20 on each side.
