run it in pct +2-4 weeks afterwards at abotu 5-7mg/day, (the 2 weeks afterwards can be at 25mg a day if you want, but only iff you recovered fine and want to get rid of that extra fat
then you can take 2-4 weeks off (depenign how logn you ran it) and and run it at full blast no worries

If you're really serious about cutting, your nutrition and cardio will be the biggest predictors of success. I'm trying to drop to single digit bf. I fast 3 days a week with no more than 500 cals. The rest of the week my intake stays at or below 1700 cals.
I do at least 1 hr of cardio a day, 6 days a week and some days it's 2 hrs of cardio. Strength training is 5x a week.

Well dude your a freakin beast that's an insane amount and level of fitness. I guess with the osta ill just hold off.
