Recomp Stack ( Sarms )
I need a bit of advice and guidance on this .. Been researching sarms for a while and interesting in giving it a go here are my stats:
Height : 6FT 2
Weight : 215LBS
Body-fat : 23 %
Ive gained a goof few pounds of unwanted fat through the last few months and want to slim in down and tone up.
Ive read a lot of threads on people and some have mixed opinions on certain stacks.
im aiming to get down to 15% body-fat over the next couple of months and want to keep my muscle and also maybe gain a few more pounds.
Any of you guys have a stack that you think would do me the best ?
My workout routine and diet are in check now.
I'm thinking Osteraine and Cardarine ?
But would throwing in Rad-140 help too ?

Also has anyone have any side effects while taking them ?

I've been on 3 different stacks for the last 11 weeks. No real side effects. I've lost 20 pounds but that may be due to me being more aware of my diet. I have made gains in the gym. My lifting weight has increased. In the mirror I notice I've gained a little. For me I'm looking to cycle gear. The gw501516 is the most important to me. It gave me instant insurance. I am 6' and was 245 when I started. I was running 2 miles a day on the treadmill nonstop on the first day. Until shin splints got me then I went to the olyptical. I think I've been on it too long now because I'm not as pumped as I was. I have mixed emotions with sarms but not knowing how to use gear or was safer for me to start here.

SARMs are arguably more dangerous to use than steroids .
SARMs didn't give you the weight loss, correcting your diet and going balls to the walls on cardio is what did. Most people also when they eat trash end up having a bad water:sodium ratio so when they fix their diet they lose a lot of water weight at the beginning

I'm new to sarms this was the first time I used them. I don't think it was worth the money I spent plus you don't know what you're buying really. Like I said I did notice gains though a little in the mirror but I went from curling 30 pounds to 50. A lot of that could probably be attributed to my focus on my total training. Diet is key to any and all gains. I will be looking to cycle gear soon and will need help. I'm reading up on it but need more direction.
